Moscow: Russia has invited Bolivian President Luis Arce to the BRICS summit due in October, Russian Ambassador to the Latin American country Mikhail Ledenev told reporters.
“He [the president] has been invited to the summit in Kazan in October,” state news agency ABI quoted the ambassador as saying.
