Moscow: Russian air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 70 Ukrainian drones over the Rostov, Volgograd, Astrakhan, Voronezh, Belgorod and Kursk regions overnight, the Russian Defence Ministry reported.
“During the past night, air defence systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 70 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles,” the ministry said.
Of these, 27 drones were shot down over the territory of the Rostov region; 25 UAVs over the Volgograd region; seven over the Astrakhan region, five over the Voronezh region, four over the Belgorod region and two over the Kursk region.
