Two unidentified militants killed close to LoC in Kupwara

Srinagar: Two unidentified militants were killed on Tuesday, as the security forces foiled an infiltration bid in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district, police said.

The militants were intercepted and killed close to the Line of Control in Machil sector of Kupwara.

Police said the two militants were killed in a joint operation of Army and Kupwara Police close to LoC in Dobanar Machil.

“ The search operation still continues,” a police statement said.
