Mumbai: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) state President and former Water Resources Minister Jayant Patil on Sunday expressed displeasure by saying that the state Chief Minister’s sitting on a platform with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court during the hearing before the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court is not up to the mark.

In his tweet Mr Patil expressed his objection to Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his government’s legitimacy being heard before the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court.
