Suspected object found on Baramulla highway, BDS called to look into

Srinagar: A suspicious object has been found on the Srinagar-Baramulla highway, forcing security forces to suspend traffic on the road on Monday, officials said.

The object was lying on a flyover in the Zangam Pattan area of north Kashmir.

Traffic was suspended on the road, and security forces laid a cordon around the object.

A Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was also summoned to look into the object.

More details are awaited, officials said.
