Mohankheda (MP): Aiming at the very Achilles heel of Madhya Pradesh’s Shivraj Singh Chouhan dispensation, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday raised the contentious Professional Examination Board inconsistencies and alleged that in excess of 50 individuals were murdered in cold blood as part of the cover-up.

Addressing a Jan Aakrosh rally at this Jain pilgrimage destination of this election-bound state, she said, “Unemployment has reached the nadir, prices are skyrocketing, peasants are distraught and the panchayati raj is in shambles within Madhya Pradesh where approximately 17,000 youths committed suicide over the past 18 years during which more than 250 scams were perpetrated. Ironically, thousands of posts of teachers and doctors are lying vacant.”

Delivering her speech in conversational style, Priyanka narrated that while reaching the venue, she asked some youths for their prediction regarding the poll outcome.

“They said, ‘Raja ja raha hai’ (The king is on the way out). When I asked why, they responded by saying that this time round they are going to vote for employment,” she said.
