Twelve political leaders join Congress in Manipur

Imphal: Twelve political leaders of Manipur including two former MLAs, Ex ADC Chairman, members join the Congress party here on Friday.

Manipur Congress President, K Meghachandra, CLP leader Okram Ibobi, Ak Bimol MP and other Congress leaders formally welcomed the new members at Congress Bhawan.

Congress President said, “MPCC considers this day and this hour as an auspicious occasion for the party”.

Those who joined included Dr. Kh. Loken Singh, Ex-MLA, Former Senior Vice-President, JDU , Z. Kikhonbou Newmai, Ex-MLA, Tamei, National General Secretary, NPP, Humaliabou, Former Chairman, ADC Tamenglong. Ramwangdin Abonmai, Former Member, ADC Tamenglong, MP. Guang, Former Member, ADC Tamenglong, Tadinang Gangmei, Former Member, ADC Tamenglong, Lavner Chawang, Social Worker, Adam Thiumai, Social Worker, Manassen Ohawang, Achapbou Newmai, Social Worker , John Charenamai, Social Worker and Ramtinele, Social Worker.
