Gaza: The death toll from Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip since Thursday morning has reached 52 people, 39 of whom have been killed in strikes on Gaza City and northern areas of the enclave, Al Jazeera broadcaster reported, citing Palestinian medical sources.
The strikes were carried out on Jabalia, Deir al Balah, and Khan Yunis, including houses where refugees were accommodated. Artillery shelling was also used in certain areas in the north of the enclave.
