Baramulla Police Holds Security Review Meeting Ahead of Republic Day–2026

Baramulla Police held a comprehensive security review meeting at the Conference Hall, District Police Lines (DPL) Baramulla, ahead of the forthcoming Republic Day Celebrations (RDC)–2026. The meeting was chaired by the SSP Baramulla.

Senior officers of the Indian Army, Rashtriya Rifles (RR), Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), intelligence agencies, along with all Gazetted Officers (GOs), Station House Officers (SHOs) and In-Charges Police Posts (IC PPs) of district police attended the meeting.

Detailed deliberations were held on security arrangements, inter-agency coordination, deployment strategies, intelligence sharing, and preparedness to ensure peaceful and incident-free Republic Day Celebrations 2026 across the district.

Emphasis was laid on area domination, enhanced vigilance, strengthening of nakas, anti-sabotage measures, quick response mechanisms, and close coordination among all security agencies. All concerned were directed to remain alert and maintain a high level of preparedness.
