Mumbai: In a shocking display of disregard the the order of Kottayam Trial Court and conspiring to raise suspicion over the integrity of the Indian judicial process, rape accused Bishop Franco Mulakkal subtly turned to an international Christian media channel to spew lies about his case in the Kottayam Trial court.

In the video on English Christian Times titled ‘Injustice Done to Bishop Franco’, a reporter from the News Desk in New Delhi, refers to a Press Note issued by Father Peter, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Bishop Franco Mulakkal to the media house.

It is on the basis of this letter that the news reporter of English Christian Times casts aspersions on the integrity of the Indian judicial system.

The English Christian Times report continues to propagate the lies fed to their channel by the PRO about the health condition of the rape accused Bishop Franco Mulakkal and insinuates that the letter of former Justice of the Bombay High Court and Karnataka High Court, Michael Saldanha to the Chief Justice of Kerala carried in GoaChronicle.com influenced the Judge G Gopakumar of the Kottayam Trial Court.
