Mumbai: NCP state chief spokesperson Mahesh Tapase on Tuesday said again it has come to light that people from Dalit communities are totally unsafe in Uttar Pradesh.

Mr Tapase in a statement stated that, the killing and hanging of a 10 year old dalit boy shows that casteism is deep rooted and CM Yogi Aditynath seems to have no sensitivity towards the plight of backward class in his state, charged Mr Tapase.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat should reprimand Yogi for such lawlessness and denial of human rights to scheduled castes and backward communities, demanded Mr Tapase.

He further said CM Yogi Adityanath should take stern action against the perpetrators of such heinous crime.
