New Delhi: Amid the ongoing protest of wrestlers against the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) and its president, the Congress on Friday demanded to the Centre to immediately dissolve the Federation.

“Vinesh Phogat had claimed that on October 2021, she had apprised the PM about this matter. What did Modi ji do in this matter?,” she said.

Endorsing Shrinate, boxer and politician Vijender Singh who was also present said, “Their allegations against the Federation’s chief are very serious. The silence of PM is reprehensible.’

He aslo demanded immediate probe into the matter.
