Hyderabad: The controversy over the alleged NEET paper leakage has intensified, reaching Union Coal and Mines Minister G. Kishan Reddy.

NSUI leader and MLC Balmoor Venkat, along with several Congress leaders, attempted to besiege the Minister’s residence in Kachiguda on Saturday in protest against the purported leakage of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2024.

The protesters demanded the cancellation of the National Testing Agency (NTA) for its alleged irregularities in the NEET exam leakage. They also raised slogans against the Central Government and Minister Kishan Reddy.

The police intervened, taking Balmoor Venkat and other student union leaders into custody and transporting them to Nallakunta Police Station.
