New Delhi: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday expressed his appreciation of his South Korean counterpart Park Jin’s praise for Indian cinema after the Oscars win of “RRR’ and “Elephant Whisperers”.
In a tweet, the EAM said that Indian cinema is a domain of special bonding between the two nations.

“Appreciate your warm words about Indian cinema. This is a domain of special bonding between us.”
He was tweeting in reply to the South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin extending his congratulations to the two Indian films on their Oscar victories.
“Congratulations to #RRR and #TheElephantWhisperers teams on their #OSCAR2023 victories. Historic day for India!
“Indian movies and songs are the new trend in Korea,” the South Korean minister posted.
