Justice Shah retires today, after working for more than 4 years as a Supreme Court Judge.

He also in a very emotional note said that he has always performed his duties without any fear or favour.. If I hurt somebody’s feelings, I apologise. I always believed in work. Everybody has said that, In my court I considered senior and junior alike, but I think a bit differently, my 5% was leaning more towards the junior and always thought that they should be the arguing counsel..

The Solicitor General (SG) Tushar Mehta, remembering Justice Shah and his work, said that he have known Mylord as a judge and as a lawyer too, he is one of the few brave judges that I have known.

The Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dr Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chadrachud, who was heading the bench said, he was a true friend and a great ally on the collegium.. “I have a lot of secret stories, that I will be talking about in the evening,” the CJI said.
