Maharashtra CM approves recruitment of 20,000 Anganwadi employees

Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said that the recruitment of 20,000 Anganwadi employees has been approved in the state and the recruitment will be started soon.

CM Shinde on Thursday evening at a meeting said that positive decisions on new mobile phones, insurance, classes for Anganwadis along with salary increase will be taken soon, and incentive allowance will also be given to the Anganwadi employees for their outstanding service during the Covid era.
