Imphal: Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh was stopped on Friday by a large crowd outside the CM Secretariat. The protesters refused to disperse until the resignation letter intended for the Governor was torn.
In a social network platform the CM said , “At this crucial juncture, I wish to clarify that I will not be resigning from the post of chief Minister.”
