Parrikar keeps Josh and Hosh high while presenting Goa Budget 2019

Panjim: Not allowing the illness to conquer him instead fighting to conquer the illness, Goa’s ailing but fighting Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar presented Goa’s Interim Budget 2019 at the Goa Assembly Budget Session held today.

Presenting the budget with a tube sticking out of his nose, a cap on his head, feeble voice but a mind of #Hosh and heart of #Josh, Parrikar sent out a strong message to the Congress leaders in the state and at the Centre, that he continues to ‘High on Josh’ and ‘Full on Hosh. “

“There is a josh, that is too high and I’m fully in hosh,” expressed Parrikar.

Parrikar tabled the budget which has total gross budgetary expenditure, including power purchase of Rs 19,548.69 crores – an increase of 14.16 over last years budget.

He further added that the Budget continues to lay emphasis on agriculture, education, health, information technology, employment, infrastructure and overall economic development of the state.
