Religious programmes mark Ram Mandir Consecration ceremony in Telangana

Hyderabad: Religious progammes were organised across Telangana on the occasion of Consecration Ceremony of Ram Temple in Ayodhya on Monday.

The resonance of Lord Shri Ram’s name echoed across the state.

Temples, particularly those dedicated to Shri Ram, were adorned beautifully, special poojas conducted to celebrate the auspicious occasion.

The Sree Seetha Ramachandra Swamy temple in Bhadrachalam, of Bhadradri Kothagudem, was elegantly decorated and special poojas, including Radhostavam are conducted.

The Swarna Bharat Trust (Hyderabad Chapter), Muchintal, organised the Sri Sitarama Kalyana Mahotsavam. Following the Mahotsav, a live telecast of the Consecration Ceremony of Shri Ram’s idol in Ayodhya was arranged.

Dignitaries such as former Vice President Muppavarapu Venkaiah Naidu, Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya, Mizoram Governor Kambhampati Haribabu, and others actively participated in the divine program.

Hindu residents utilised Akshintalu, distributed earlier to households, by placing them on their heads during special poojas on this auspicious occasion.

Several areas in the state also engaged in offering “Anna Dannam” to the people as part of the celebratory event.

Union Minister Kishan Reddy, who offered prayers to the Ujjain Mahankali temple in Secunderabad, greeted all Rama devotees.

Today marks the greatest spiritual event in the history of the world, as 150 crore people across castes and regions eagerly await Bala Ram’s consecration in Ayodhya. Ram Naam is reverberating in every village and town across the country.

The construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, realised through the sacrifices and struggles of thousands of saints and people and it is a monumental achievement.

Today, witnessing children and the elderly, chanting Ram’s name and participating in Mahakratu, is considered a divine blessing.
