Srinagar : An unknown body was found by locals in the Nanibug area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Official sources told The Kashmiriyat that the locals spotted the dead body of a young man in the Nanibug area of the south Kashmir district on Monday evening.
Upon spotting the dead body, the locals informed the concerned police station who rushed to the spot and retrieved the body.
As per officials, the deceased has been recognized as Umran Shazad, son of Mohammad Hussain Bhat, a resident of Nani Bugh, Kulgam.
They said the dead body has been taken to the hospital to complete medico-legal formalities.
It is pertinent to mention that it is the second dead body retrieved under mysterious circumstances in 24 hours in the Kulgam district.
