Jammu: Security Forces on Thursday recovered weapons from a box suspected to be air dropped from a drone in Khour area here in the city outskirts.
Police said that in a joint search operation launched by Jammu Police and Army in the Palanwallah area near the LoC early this morning, they recovered a suspicious box.
On opening the box, one IED fitted with batteries, one pistol, two magazines of pistol, 38 rounds of pistol ammunition, nine grenades were recovered.
Police have registered an FIR under relevant sections and started the investigation.
