State govt desires to resolve border issues with mediation with Karnataka: Kesarkar

Kolhapur: State school education minister Deepak Kesarkar said that the state government has desiring that the long pending disputed border issues with Karnataka state should resolve with mediation at the same time we can also ban on Karnataka ministers and leaders from visit to Maharashtra but we would not do that as our counterpart(Karnataka government) doing to ban on our ministers.

Talking with reporters Mr Kesarkar, who is also district guardian minister, was giving reply to a question on restricted to entry state ministers in Belgaum district in Karnataka state by chief minister Basvaraj Bommai, with saying it will be made a law and order situation on the backdrop of ongoing feud on border issues between two states, said that as per Karnataka government , we could also ban on Karnataka ministers and leaders from visit the state but we would not do that same mistake, our goverment expressed desire that the border issues between two states, which had pending more than last sixty years, should resolve with talks and mediation between two state and hit back the state(Karnataka), which has no any money just to repair it’s roads, comparing with Maharashtra and if Karnataka government taking decision with thoughtlessness, it was not proper to take same decision.we wished to resolve the border issues with discuss.

Mr Kesarkar said that even if one state would release the water to some villages of nebhouring state, a issue would not resolve. Our government has released Rs 2,000 crore for water schemes in Jat tehsil in Sangli district while peoples also awarded about the Karnataka state’s behaviour towards Marathi speaking peoples living in border areas between two states and also could give facilities to multilingual peoples. He expressed co finance that the courts judgment on border issue, which the hearing pending in supreme court, would our state (Maharashtra) side.

Shiv Sena (Thackeray) chief Uddhav Thackeray was succumb to hatch of Nationalist Congress party, which wanted to end Shiv Sena, Mr Kesarkar said and added that state chief minister Eknath Shinde had agitated for border issue and jailed for 45 days in Karnataka.
