Cities light up in China before New Year celebrations

China’s new lunar year will begin from January 22, and the preparations for the celebration of the same are now at their last and final stage. The lunar new year is also called the Spring Festival. On this occasion, the Jian city in China’s Shanxi province has been decorated with lights. The attractive Jian decoration has used more than 2 lakh LED lights. With the onset of the new year, will begin the holidays all across the country of China.

The lunar new year is celebrated in many countries including China like Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. On the other hand, the rehearsals for the Lantern Festival took place in China’s Yuncheng city.

The Chinese zodiac consists of 12 zodiac signs, whose representative symbols are all animals, which are the mouse, bull, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, goat, monkey, rooster, dog, and pig. This year will be of the rabbit.
