Alappuzha-Dhanbad Express cancelled due to agitation by Kurmi Samaj in WB

Thiruvananthapuram: The Alappuzha-Dhanbad Junction Daily Express train is cancelled on Friday due to the ongoing agitation by Kurmi Samaj at Kotshila Jn in Adra Division and Khemasuli in Kharagpur Division in West Bengal.

The Alappuzha-Dhanbad Junction Daily Express scheduled to leave Alappuzha at 06.00 am was fully cancelled on April 7, according to a railway release here.

South Eastern Railway has notified changes in the pattern of train services due to ongoing agitation in in West Bengal, it added.
