New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the conviction of two accused in the murder of Bihar Minister Brij Bihari Prasad in 1998 and sentenced them to life imprisonment.

The Apex Court held guilty former Bihar legislator Munna Sukhla and one more accused in the over two decade old murder.

The Court, however, acquitted former Member of Parliament Surajbhan Singh and five other accused in the case.
