Ashgabat: Russian President Vladimir Putin invited the participants of the “Interconnection of Times and Civilizations – the Basis of Peace and Development” forum held in Ashgabat to the BRICS summit in Kazan.
“Of course, we would like to welcome our host Serdar Berdimuhamedow and many other leaders present at the events in Kazan,” Putin said.
