UP CM Yogi commended innovations in green energy sector in Yamanashi Prefecture in Japan

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who is on a visit to Japan, commended innovations in the green energy sector in Yamanashi Prefecture and said that Uttar Pradesh is also rapidly progressing towards clean energy and a self-reliant future.

The Chief Minister said, “I express my heartfelt gratitude to the Governor of Yamanashi and his entire team for giving me and all my colleagues the opportunity to see, learn, and interact closely with Yamanashi Prefecture.”

During his visit, the Chief Minister visited the Yamanashi Hydrogen Facility in Yamanashi Prefecture and observed the advanced power-to-gas system in operation.

He commended the research and development work being done in the field of green hydrogen and clean energy technology.

The Chief Minister stated that Yamanashi”s innovative model provides important guidance for accelerating sustainable energy transition and clean mobility solutions. This technology is an effective step towards meeting future energy needs in a sustainable manner.

He expressed confidence that Uttar Pradesh is fully prepared to advance with vast potential in the fields of green hydrogen, sustainable energy solutions, and innovation.

Yogi said that we have made Uttar Pradesh”s policies ”proactive” rather than ”reactive,” and the results are before us all. In nine years, we have succeeded in tripling Uttar Pradesh”s per capita income and the state”s economy.

The state government is committed to meeting future energy needs by adopting a development model based on environmental responsibility, self-reliance, and modern technology
