Haryana: ED searches houses of Cong MLA, former INLD legislator

Chandigarh: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) searched residences of Haryana Congress MLA Surendra Panwar and former INLD MLA Dilbag Singh on Friday in a money laundering case related to illegal mining.

A large quantity of illegal items have been recovered from the house of Dilbagh Singh, ED sources claimed.

According to the sources, a large quantity of illegal foreign made arms, illegal goods in card board cartons, 100 foreign liquor bottles, Rs five crore in cash and about five kgs of gold and silver jewellery have been recovered from his house.

A large number of property documents have also been found from Dilbag Singh’s house, the sources added.
