Jammu: India and Pakistan will hold a Brigadier-Level Flag Meeting on Friday at Chakkan-da-Bagh, along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. This comes amidst rising incidents of exchange of firing recently.
“Due to sudden spurt in ceasefire violations, instances of gunfire and landmine explosions, the Brigadier-Level Flag Meeting has been scheduled at Chakkan-da-Bagh,” official sources said.
“The meeting is scheduled to ease prevailing border tension and maintain the protocols of ceasefire agreement” they said.
