Kishan Reddy assumes office as Telangana BJP president

Hyderabad: Union Tourism and Culture Minister G Kishan Reddy took charge as the Telangana BJP president at the party state headquarters, Nampally, here on Friday.

Before assuming office, Reddy performed a special pooja at the office, seeking blessings from Vedic pandits.

Earlier, Reddy garlanded the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, opposite the Public Gardens, paid homage to the martyrs at Gun Park, and reached the party headquarters by conducting a rally.

Prominent BJP leaders, including Tarun Chugh, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Etela Rajender, D K Aruna, Raghunandan Rao, Vishwashwar Reddy, Indrasena Reddy, and others, were present on the occasion to greet him.
