Munger: The National spokesperson of BJP and former Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy alleged on Wednesday that leaders in the last 35 years had made Bihar a factory only for supplying workers to other states like Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and others.

Addressing a gathering of intellectuals including lawyers, businessmen and teachers at Munger under the auspices of “Agenda 2025 Glance”, Rudy said that the leaders of Bihar did not try to stop the exodus of poor workers who were becoming the victims of accidents and losing their lives at their workplaces in other states.

Rudy said people should play vital roles in changing the future of Bihar in the coming years.

“It’s pitiable that the four crore people of Bihar are now engaged in developing India in other states, but Bihar is still struggling with poverty and unemployment,” he further alleged.

BJP leaders Prof. Azfer Shamshi, Sanjeev Mandal and Arun Kumar Poddar also graced the occasion.
