Aurangabad: On the occasion of G-20 conference here on Feb 27 and 28, two-days Swachhta Abhiyan was launched across the city and surrounding places here on Saturday.
District guardian minister Sandipan Bhumre alredy inaugurated it at Kranti Chowk flagpole on last evening.
In this regard awareness rallies also carried by NCC across the city.
Speaking on the occasion Mr Bhumre said that cleanliness, beautification and coloring and lighting are being done in the city on the occasion of G-20. Never in my career have I seen such a great participation and enthusiasm for the development of the city that was seen today on the occasion of G-20.
He also expressed the belief that G-20 is an excuse and the district, and the city will be transformed by the taking the efforts of the authorities including District Collector Astik Kumar Pandey and Aurangabad Municipal Commissioner Abhijit Chaudhari.
