Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said on Tuesday that Swami Vivekananda‘s teachings transcend time and boundaries.
Taking to Twitter on the solemn occasion of Swami Vivekananda’s death anniversary, Banerjee said, “The harbinger of hope and the fulcrum of change,
his vision of a strong and united India, built on the principles of equality and justice, remains our guiding light.”
“Today, on this solemn occasion of his death anniversary, let us embrace his philosophy of universal brotherhood and strive to fulfil his dream by working towards a progressive and harmonious nation,” she added.
Trinamool Congress National General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee tweeted, “Remembering the profound teachings of Swami Vivekananda on his death anniversary.”
