recent announcement for a renewed Aerospace and Defence (A&D) policy with a mission to create the State as a robust, world class hi-tech Aerospace and Defence destination has gained momentum.

One of the key strengths is leveraging the existing strength of 38,000 industries in TN and the highly skilled manpower that is readily available.

Also, Coimbatore will host three industrial parks and it is in different stages of development,” he added.

He said the Tamil Nadu Government has announced the Aerospace and Defence as a sunrise sector under the TN Policy of 2021 resulting in creation of Industrial parks, subsidies, and incentives to support investors.
