Union minister of state Kapil Patil to handover appointment letters to new recruits

Nanded: Union Minister of State for Panchayat Raj Kapil Moreshwar Patil will handover appointment letters to new recruits under the Rozgar Mela at Nanded on April 13.

According to official press statement issued on Tuesday night office of PRO South Central Railway at Nanded stated that, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute about 71,000 appointment letters to newly inducted recruits on Thursday via video conferencing.

PM Modi will also address these appointees virtually, these appointees are spread across 45 different locations in 19 states and Union territories of the country.

At Nanded, Patil will handover appointment letters to newly selected recruits of Central Government under the Rozgar Mela Scheme in the presence of Divisional Railway Manager, Nanded Division and other dignitaries at a function to be held at Main Auditorium, Niyojan Bhavan, Collector Compound, Office of the district Collector.

The Rozgar Mela is a step towards fulfillment of the commitment of the Prime Minister to accord highest priority to employment generation.

The Rozgar Mela is expected to act as a catalyst in further employment generation and provide meaningful opportunities to the youth for their empowerment and participation in national development.

The new recruits, selected from across the country, will join various positions/posts under Government of India like Train Manager, Station Master, Sr. commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Inspector, Sub Inspectors, Constable, Stenographer, Junior Accountant, Postal Assistant, Income Tax Inspector, Tax Assistant, Sr Draughtsman, JE/Supervisor, Assistant Professor, Teacher, Librarian, Nurse, Probationary Officers, PA, MTS, among others.

The newly inducted appointees will also get an opportunity to train themselves through Karmayogi Prarambh, which is an online orientation course for all new appointees in various Government departments.

Over South Central Railway, the Rozgar Mela will be held at four locations i.e., Secunderabad, Vijayawada, Guntakal and Nanded,the statement added.
