Trump doesn’t intend to send troops into Gaza to fight against Hamas: Netanyahu

Washington: The fight against Hamas remains Israel’s commitment, and US President Donald Trump did not speak about sending troops to Gaza to assist in it, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Wednesday.

“I do not think he talked about sending US troops to complete the job of destroying Hamas. That’s our commitment. That’s our job, and we are absolutely committed to it,” Netanyahu told Fox News.
