New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday did not issue notices to Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others in the National Herald money laundering case.

Special Judge Vishal Gogne directed that all the documents be serialised properly, and listed for further proceedings on May 2.

The special judge said, “Vide previous order, the court had directed the Ahlmad to ensure that the entire file/documents are properly paginated. The ED had also been directed to file a soft copy of the complaint and documents in readable/OCR format”.

The Ahlmad reported that the soft copy of the complaint and documents in readable/ OCR format has been filed.

Ahlmad reported to Court that after the checking of the file, certain documents are noticed to have not been filed or serialised appropriately.

“List for further proceedings on 02.05.2025.”

The Investigating Agency requested for issuance of notice against the accused persons.

The case relates to the allegations of financial irregularities involving the National Herald newspaper which is being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
