In his latest statement, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that he will not let the state turn into another ‘Kerala Story’, and that there is no place for terrorism on the land of Madhya Pradesh. He further added, “Earlier too, we had ended the network of SIMI, and the terror of dacoits from Chambal. Now, Naxalists have been limited to the borders of MP, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra. Last year, 8 Naxalites were killed in different clashes”.

Chauhan then stated that as soon as he received the information of Islamic terrorist organization Hizb-ut-Tahrir becoming active in MP, he ordered the ATS to take action. He categorically said that such activities will not be tolerated in the state, and will be uprooted completely. Talking about the activities of Hizb-ut-Tahrir and similar Islamic organizations, the MP CM said that their pattern is to first convert men into Islam, then get them married to Hindu women and get them converted as well, and spread the web of terrorism”.

“Madhya Pradesh will not be turned into another Kerala Story at any cost, and the evil practices of Love Jihad and religious conversions will not work here”, stated Chauhan.

Recently, a Madhya Pradesh ATS team and central agencies, in a joint operation, nabbed 10 terrorists from Bhopal, and one from Chhindwara, who are on police remand. 6 more terrorists were also arrested by the police in Telangana’s Hyderabad, and a terror network has been uncovered. One of the terrorists was converted to Islam from Hinduism. These individuals are all connected with the Hizb-ut-Tahrir. Police interrogation has revealed that a terror-training camp was being organized in the jungle near Raisen in MP, and to assimilate into the mainstream society, some terrorist worked as a computer technician, some as a tailor, while some other as an auto driver.

One of the arrested was also running a coaching centre in Bhopal under the name of ‘Auditorium Tutorial’. These Muslim individuals were involved in marrying Hindu women, converting their religion, and spoiling their lives.

After such activities came to the fore, the MP CM has said that this will not be tolerated on MP’s land, and while interrogation is currently underway, such networks will be destroyed from the very root.
