MassMutual India wins great place to work-Certified™ for 2022-23

Hyderabad: MassMutual India on Tuesday said it has received the prestigious Great Place to Work-Certified™ certification in India for the year 2022-23 (from December 2022 to December 2023).

The certification was accomplished within two-and-a-half years of operations in India, the company said in a release here.

This is a recognition of MassMutual’s excellent workplace culture, where employees feel valued, engaged, treated fairly, trust the organization, and have a sense of pride & belonging.

This is the 1st time the organization has been Certified™.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, they have surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide and used those deep insights to define what makes a great workplace: trust. Their employee survey platform empowers leaders with the feedback, real-time reporting, and insights they need to make strategic people decisions.
